Hello,
We bought Livecast WP template from themeforest and installed it into WP. But after installing the demo content the website isn’t showing the importance demo data. The Menu also doesnt seem to change/display correctly.
Could you please check our site if we provide the login details etc?

Please provide us with your website URL, wp-admin access, and FTP information (username and password)?

Hello, our problem isn’t fixed and we’ve spent weeks trying to resolve issues. After we gave Codeless WP login details and our issue was fixed, someone else logged into WP and changed everything. We had to uninstall WP and reinstall everything again and we’re back to where we started where the Codeless WP template and plugins don’t work correctly and we have the same issues all over again. Your template should be plug-and-play and not have so many issues. We want a refund.

Azam, you are playing games now. I emailed you about this at least a week ago – see previous threads above. If a client wants a refund because the product on offer does not live up to expectations as well as their WP being hacked after they were given access, you should issue one straight away. What kind of service are you running otherwise? Issue my refund or I will go to my bank and force the refund for not providing us with a good service. I’ve already asked nicely twice.
