theme update

  I have purchased this theme 6 times
  
  and am running into the same issue where I make update using visual composer and it will mess the page by hiding the image and content !
  
  wordpress is at the latest verison I updated the theme and the issue still exist.
  
  whats the best way to update the theme and make it work like when I first purchased it?

  Thank you for purchasing our theme.
  
  You must update also visual composer. At dashboard -> at requested plugins notice, are displayed some links. Click “Update plugins” and update visual composer.
  
  None of you content will be lost on theme update.

  on the home page > our company is an image service, attached screen shot below of the backend
  
  the services in the backend of the home page is an image service but its not showing on the home page

  Please update theme. You have a very old version. In the latest update there has been a lot of important changes and it is also compatible with the latest Visual Composer.

  how do you exactly update , we did remove the files and re-added them via FTP?
  
  we removed VC from FTP then re installed it from WP backend!

  Please go to your Envato account and download a fresh copy of theme files. You will be downloading the latest release (version 1.4.4). Also read our theme’s documentation on theme update (link to section) for more detailed information.
