Episode Timeline Not Showing Properly

  I have inputed the correct timestamps for the episode timeline. When you click on the timestamps they go to the correct spot in the episode.
  
  However, it shows up as Zeros in the Episode Timeline and not displaying the actual timestamps. Please assist.

  Please provide us with your website URL, wp-admin access, and FTP information (username and password)?
  Kindly send this information using the “Set as private reply” option to ensure the security and privacy of your data.
  And also take a full backup of your site.
  And if possible share a screenshot of the problem as well.
