I purchased the theme since 2021 and have been using it in a novice way, partly because it is overwhelmingly complex to use effectively. I realized that the export period may have expired, but consider this is my first time to write to support since I purchased the theme, could someone at Codeless please help me with the following problems:
1. I can’t seem to change the “service blocks”. Clicking on the “pencil” icon of the block shows only blank popup.
2. Editing the content blocks in general is very fragile: It would be nice to double-click on the block and start editing the text content. But I click here and there, and sometimes the editor show up in the popup and load the text to edit, most of the time a blank popup shows up.
