Hi! I’m trying to import the dummy data for Specular’s Medicine demo. I’ve followed all instructions as they were laid out in the documentation, and even after clicking import and save, nothing happens to the site- it remains as the default. Is there something I am missing or forgetting to unclick that makes a difference?

Did the import completed successfully? (100%?) Do you have any pages imported? If yes, then please make sure to have assigned the home page and blog in Settings > Reading first. If the import did not finish 100% then you may not have enough memory or execution time limit. You can ask your host to increase them.

I setup the theme as Minimal 2 demo. I need to fix something about the slider. Please can you show me your ftp credentials in a private reply? Or if you want I can give you the instructions to do it.
Sorry, I replied to the wrong thread with my information.
And I also apologize for jumping on another thread. I just figured it would be helpful to the support staff to see two people with the same issue so they could help us both at the same time. Also my request was submitted way before this one and I know they go in order, so it wasn’t an attempt to get mine completed faster than the original user, just trying to be helpful.

I see you have already imported some data. You want us to import it again? If you have difficulties making a full import, then make sure to increase memory and execution time limit. Ask your hosting provider to do it for you.
Importing without attachments can help reducing the size of the data to import. You can always import your own images.
