Now the error is gone, I can register and Import the Default03 template…

But after import, I got an error, on the homepage, it redirects me to:

Even if I deactivate woocommerce…?
What is the problem with this team ?
I never had so many issues as what I encountered with this theme.

It worries me, If I already encounter so many issues with just the basics, what will it be for the production setup at the client side.

PS: you can’t even select a different homepage at – wp-admin/options-reading.php

After a lot of trail an error, if I change the homepge in the Theme Options, I’m able to get something…

But it still doesn’t resemble the Demo Template – I Selected…

– Menu is not showing
– Video Play element is not showing
– Elements like in the example template are missing

Can help to get exactly this page, I want the same structure , elements like the video player… but they don’t seem to match

Sorry, for yet another update, but there are some many errors…

I eventually managed to remove the errors from the menu’s, then something is showing but still.. then yet another error: in the customizer

I want a working template as written in the description and not half of the settings imported, errors in the dummy content, issues with the activation, different pages.

Please provide a fix today or refund… i spent to much today already to get a simple template up and running.

Thanks for your fast reply, the error is gone … but the content is still the same…

– There is a video button + component – Which is missing
– Padding and text layers are messed up, text blends check outstanding support ?
– Background layers are missing ( gray triangles in the background PASSION / CREATIVITY
– The images left / right PASSION are different – it’s not fixed to the left or the right
– WHAT OUR COSTUMERS SAY – looks totally different in the demo
– OUR LATEST PROJECTS- looks totally different in the demo
– BLOG – Latest Projects – looks totally different in the demo

Could you please respond to my initial problem ? .. We are 1 week, 14 days from the initial purchase.. and i still dont have the dummy content correctly loaded like in the example.

Error after error… are you able to please give me the same output as on the original demo, that is what i purchased!

If you are not able to , please say so… than you can refund and i can find another template.
