I have spent several hours trying to install and setup this LiveCast theme and it does not work as required, including fatal errors when installing your own plugins.
Unfortunately, I required a site that was simple and effective to install and setup, however this is not proving to be that. The theme doesn’t have proper functionality and the self hosted audio is not practical.
If you can please advise of the process for a refund to be submitted, that would be appreciated.

1. When the demo is installed the screen on the website just goes to black.
2. The builder plugin shows a fatal error on installation. My IT security team has significant concerns relating to this.
3. The cowidget plugin has been suspended as of May 31 and is no longer supported at this time.
4. The site requires hosting of the audio, rendering the Spotify and Apple Podcasts links or embedding useless.
Given the sites going to be used for a business client, I do not wish to have to contact support for basic functionality. This is my third attempt at requesting a refund, please advise.
