I just bought this theme. Slider Revolution not included? In the description it says that it should be. Also, the home page is duplicated. The footer part does not appear. Neither is the menu. There are also 2 errors like – Warning: Undefined variable $request_uri at the top of the site where the slider should be. Can you help me with these? Thank you!
