we’ve reinstalled and registered the theme twice, but we can’t import any dummy data.
Can you see what is wrong?

With this state the theme is not very usable without the dummy/demo data.

It’s time to not reply privatly.
They are not responding, for now the theme is useless without demo content, we will loose a client because nothing is done from the paid support and the answer for every question is “We appreciate your patience” event when asked for the timeline of a fix a week ago.
For now, don’t buy this theme as support is lacking and/or non existent.
