Remake ‘Beas Footer’ it’s not working at portfolio item

  I’m trying to add the Beas Footer to all pages from my website, but specific on this one https://joss26.sg-host.com/portfolio/oki/ it’s not being possible! I don’t know why. I set at Header/Footer area to show it in ‘All website’, but somehow it’s now entering there. I tried to force it setting the specific page ‘OKI’, but it’s not working at all.
