A new post about the problem day 3 now

Theme: Livecast

Bought and installed the Theme Livecast. But when installing the needed plugins i get error in two Required plugins. So how do I install them, do I need you to send them to me so I can install them manually or do any one else have any suggestions? You have not reached out in my other post and its two days i have lost working on the homepage now.

My Webhost have provided me with max settings

php_value memory_limit 128M
php_value upload_max_filesize 500M
php_value post_max_size 500M
php_value max_execution_time 300
php_value max_input_time 300
php_value upload_max_filesize 512M
php_value post_max_size 512M

so its now fixed from my webhost but i can still not install
They gave me maximum 1024 memory. They just sent me they have gave me maximum of everything but it still dont work.

I need you to send me the file so I can import it manually or you do it for me. If not I need you to refund me what I paid so I can get another theme from another developer.
