Hi Ruco,
When I create a service icon element, can this have an external link, I mean the icon itself?
There is a place to put a link in an editor of the service icon, but it does not work or maybe I should use some special format for the link?
Also for the button created via shortcode, can I add external link to it? how?

Hello,
The link is for the service title, not the icon. You can add the link beginning with “https://” if you have external link.
This is an example for button shortcode with external link:
[shortcode_button type="default" align="left" target="_blank" link="https://google.com" color="#ddd" icon="none"]title[/shortcode_button]
