When activated together, these two plugins cause the white screen of death in WordPress using the Bygge – Construction Theme.
When deactivating the Cowidgets, I am able to see the imported theme, but the Revslider is nowhere in evidence.
I need this fixed by EOD today or provide a refund.
I have a client deadline tomeet and this is causing undue delay.
The issue here is not “how-to” support — it’s a product compatibility problem (Bygge + Elementor/Cowidgets causing a white screen / RevSlider missing). This is clearly related to the theme/plugin updates and maintenance on your side.
I provided the website URL and wp-admin access immediately, and you only asked for the purchase code after that. The delay was not caused by us.
Please confirm one of the following today:
1.You will provide a working fix (or an updated compatible version) for Bygge with Elementor/Cowidgets and restore the required functionality (including RevSlider), or
2.You will issue a refund, since the theme is not working as expected and we cannot meet our client deadline.
