Plugins need update

plugin updates

  I have just purchased and installed the theme and plugins however, I notice the WPBakery Visual Composer requires updating.
  
  I appear to be unable to update this as it is asking for registration. (this is the same for the revolution slider.
  
  Please can you advise what I should do.

  I have just downloaded and updated your theme and now have the following issues.
  
  The parent theme is missing. Please install the “Specular” parent theme.
  
  I have checked the css which appears to be correct.
  
  2. WPBakery Visual Composer still need updating.
  
  I have followed your support instructions to update via ftp.
  
  I do not get any dashboard message to update.
  
  I have tried to update the normal way and get the following.
  
  An error occurred while updating WPBakery Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer.
  
  Please would you kindly respond and also let me know what length of time you usually expect to take to address support requests.

  Please install the child theme included in Specular package.
  It must have the name: ‘specular-child’ and the file style.css under specular child must have the structure:
  
  /* Theme Name: Specular Child Theme URI: https://codeless.co Description: Specular Child Theme Author: Codeless Author URI: https://www.codeless.co Template: specular Version: 1.0.0 */ @import url("../specular/style.css");
  
  Also you must have the theme ‘specular’ at the Themes folder on your wp installation.
  
  Please be sure you have installed the latest theme version.
  
  It have include Visual Composer version 4.4.4.
  
  Please do not update the visual composer The latest plugin versions will be included in theme on the next theme updates (when a new version of Visual Composer will be available).
  If you want to update yourself the VC, then you must buy it.

  Thanks. I am not sure what you have done but I can no longer see the social icons or telephone and address at the top of the page.
  
  I have been unable to find any settings for these either.

  Sorry for the late reply.
  The Visual Composer 4.4.4 is included in the latest theme version. To update the plugin:
  
  Via FTP, delete respective folders from wp-content > plugins. Than go to Dashboard and you will see a message requiring to install plugins. Follow the onscreen instructions (to install the requested plugin) and you’re done!
