"Use menu as one page menu" not working

  In my site https://impresauno.com/wordpress/ I enabled the option “Use menu as one page menu” for the home page.
  
  I added the class i-nostri-numeri to a VC row (in the field “Extra class name”), then I added to menu a custom link pointing to /wordpress/#i-nostri-numeri but the item is not working: clicking on this menu item do anything.
