background image jump

background image jump

  I’m developing a site: https://65.181.113.113/partners/
  
  when I begin to scroll down the background image jumps about 25px instantly. I can’t figure out why? Any advice? I have the background set to “center top” in revolution slider settings.

  I just noticed that this only happens if the window is over 1200px wide. Below 1200px I don’t see the jump.
