What do you mean “it isn’t working”? I don’t see the quantity tab in your product page (screenshot).
Suggestions:
Please download here file vc_accordion_tab.php and replace the current file in specular/vc_templates folder. Also go to file includes/core/codeless_elements.php and find these lines:

vc_remove_element("vc_tta_tabs");
vc_remove_element("vc_tta_accordion");

Replace with this:

//vc_remove_element("vc_tta_tabs");
//vc_remove_element("vc_tta_accordion");

These will fix the issue you have in these pages(About us, Coaching & Mentoring )
