 Hey,
 
 waiting more than 24 hrs for an answer is very bad support. What is worse, I did not get any even after 3 days! What is this! Want my money back for your Specular Theme.
 
 There are plenty of things not working correctly in your Theme (which might happen) but not providing support for that is really bad…

 Sorry for the late reply.
 Regarding the issues you send in this topic, please read below:
 1- Main menu and header transparency setup.
 You have setup the transparent header, but did not assign any background video of picture to it. You have the video background set to the first row, which relies below the header. So the transparent effect is not really visible. Please setup a page header picture or video background to have the wanted effect.
 To make menu transparent, add these lines into your custom css box:
 
 header_1 header#header { background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.38);} .header_wrapper { border-bottom: 1px solid rgba(237, 237, 237, 0);}
 
 2- Main navigation menu weird placement.
 Please add this code into your custom css box:
 
 header#header .row-fluid .span12, .header_wrapper { top: 48px; }
 
 3-Background video in Codeless Slider does not play.
 The video you upload is too big. It should be the most 2MB.
 You have some javascript errors in your site too. Please disable all third party plugins and try again. They may be affecting theme scripts.
 Also make sure you have the latest theme version and Visual Composer.
 Let us know, and we’ll check it again.

 1. WHERE to setup page header picture or video background? All the setup options are now so confusing that i am lost in your backend system… Do I need to upload a video? I do not want to upload videos. I want to embed it or paste simple YouTube or Vimeo URL…

 3. I am NOT going to disable any third party plugins. I NEED them. You should make your theme friendly to very common plugins like Visual Composer. JavaScript errors are coming from badly crafted Specular Theme. Simply does not cooperate with anything = that is terrible…

 1-To add\remove the page header, go to the page’s General Options (scroll down the page) and set ON the ‘Active Page Header (screenshot) You can upload images from your media library. If you want a video, create a slider with video and assign it to the page. In the same location as before, but check the second option: “Sliders Options”.
 
 2-I see the menu is normal(screenshot). If you are not seeing this, you may need to clear cache. Sometimes css changes take a little to show.
 
 3-The idea of disabling the plugins, is not for ever. It is usually done for us to understand if any of them is the cause of a certain bug. Then you enable them one at a time, testing the behavior of theme in each activation.
 There are a lot of third party plugins out there and we can not offer full compatibility with all of them. That’s why we have to test each for every customer.
 Visual Composer does not have any issue with the theme. It is tested multiple times and it is incorporated successfully in it.
 We have not had any other complains about it.
 -You have version 1.3.4 while the latest is 1.3.5. It was released shortly after vs 1.3.4 and it has the menu up issue solved. That’s why i suggested to take the latest version.
 
 We are doing our best to reply to all our customers questions and needs. We are sorry to hear this, but if you are willing to give up our theme, then please contact Envato for a refund.

 2. Your code does not work. I used diffrent code by your colleague (still not a solution, should work correctly without CSS…)

 3. updated, the problem is that Envato Toolkit does not update automatically and there is no information att all about any updates by email.

 I play with the theme for a while and has solved couple of problems, however functional video background behind main navigation is still impossible (the one of the features because I bought your theme…)

 2- As i mentioned above, the last theme update has the menu position fixed. Either use the custom css, or update theme. It’s up to you.
 (ps: using css is a permanent solution as that’s what is used to edit layout. If you take the update, it will just mean that we edited it in the css main file and it does not need to be done by yourself)
 3-Please make sure you have configured it properly.
 4-In the test page, i have also set up the Recent portfolio to show full width. Please see there all configurations. As per the category, you have installed many other add-ons and third party plugins that may affect the elements behavior. In our side the ‘Recent Portfolio’ element does show the option to choose only a specific category to show. Check your newest installations and investigate the cause that made it disappear.

 1. this is not what I was claiming. The main navigation menu must be transparent and menu items visible over video background. This https://drinktasting.eu/test/ is not solution.
 
 4. It does not provide specific category to choose from. Here is screenshot of the element setup https://grab.by/JaeG
 
 Only ALL Categories portfolio to show is possible. This problem has nothing common with any other plugins installed. Need to solve this issue asap.

 1- You can change the video link to the one you are using. You should change the menu background in slider settings and menu settings. I didn’t do it myself because it would affect all website and i am not allowed to make such changes without your permittion. Please continue the customization.

 1. where exactly to change the menu background in slider settings and menu setting. Please navigate what you mean by Slider setting and what you mean by menu setting. There are so many similar settings possible in many different places that it is very confusing…
 
 4. I read your answers very carefully ;) Be sure i understand well, but I am not sure about disabling all the plugins as I am not sure when I enable it again all the settings and previously created content with these plugins will be there again.

 Sorry for the late reply.
 -By Menu settings i mean the page’s settigns for the header (menu), which is located in the page’s General Options screenshot. Slider settings is located in the current slider optionsscreenshot. Look for ‘Menu and Slider Navigation color’.
 
 -Disabling a plugin will not affect you data/settings. They are stored in the database and as long as you do not completely delete the plugin, they will not be lost. You will have the same situation after enabling again, as you had before disabling.
 
 -Sorry but this is a customization not covered by this support.
