When trying to navigate to any of the product pages on my site, I am getting 502 errors. These pages are running thousands of queries. When i switch to the default Storefront Woocommerce theme, the pages load fine and only run about 1-200 queries.

Hi,
Firstly take the backup of your site please. It might be due to the old WordPress version. We need your permission to upgrade the WordPress version. Also, make sure that your web server has enough capability to serve multiple sites at once.
Please advice

What is going on with this request? I haven’t heard back in a couple days and we are still seeing the issues. I also noticed the main slider does not load on mobile. There are clearly multiple issues with this theme.

Hi,
We looked at your server system status and it seemed that your system has not required values for PHP variables, please check and fulfill the values of these variables.memory_limit = 256M
upload_max_size = 64M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 1000Please check and advice
Thanks, -
We have made updates to these values and the site does load now, but it is INCREDIBLY slow. It’s not even close to usable. Increasing these values doesn’t change the fact that those pages are doing thousands of queries. That is the real issue, which is theme related. When we switch to the standard 2020 theme, this issues does not occur. Updating those values you asked just give it the ability to run for a long time which allows it to finish, but the issue is the number of queries and the time it takes to finish all of them which makes the site unusable. Please look into this and let me know next steps.

Hi,
I have visited your all sites thoroughly and I have reached the conclusion that this issue is not about the theme it’s about the server. You’re all sites currently have June Theme activated but, only one site causing the issue. If it’s about June theme then all your sites probably show this error and also our other customers should observe this issue. Our theme is all optimized and also has passed different theme check standards. The following steps may overcome this issue.
Steps to follow:
1) Try deleting all extra plugins and themes it may cause sites to load extra queries.
2) Try installing cache plugin i.e. WP-Rocket etc. cache is used to optimize the site don’t need to load data again and again.
3) Optimize your server to the recommended settings in your site system status. Above values of PHP variables are minimum for one site install.
4) It may be regarding to your server health, consult your hosting provider.
5) If all the above steps don’t work and your site causes the same issue try to change you’re hosting provider.Please check and advice
