Hello,
I found that the background I want to use only works for laptop screen size and as soon as it becomes a tablet/mobile portrait size the background becomes wonky. To work around this I have created 2 rows: 1 for laptop size and 1 for tablet/mobile size. The idea is to hide the row that has been set for laptop size when it’s viewed on tablet/mobile and vice versa BUT it does NOT work on laptop view. My laptop view display both rows at the same time!!
I’ve gone through all the settings and nothing works. The funny thing is, when it’s on preview mode the laptop view looks like it’s working but as soon as I publish the change it’s not working.
Can you please check if there is a bug or I’m missing a step to hide rows?
Thank you!

Hello,
Can you please create a test page for us to check? So there isn’t any inconvenience with the site while we test.
Also please deactivate all third party plugins first. One of them could conflict with theme.
Best regards!

Hi,
Can you also please check the “Services” section on the Home page?
I was editing the responsiveness of the website and now the text spiel line height is stretched out. I tried to change the line height and remove the responsive function and it doesnt work.
I have attached the screenshot of the error

Hi,
When I view the website, it’s not quite right yet?
The first row has been setup with laptop screen resolution, and is supposed to be hidden if the screen resolutions is smaller than 768px (hidden on mobile phone view).
The second row has been setup with mobile phone screen resolution, and is supposed to be hidden if the screen resolutions is bigger than 768px (hidden on laptop view).
When I view the website on laptop, the second row (for mobile view) is still showing on top of the first row (for laptop view). However when I check the website from mobile device, it is displayed correctly: only the second row is showing and the first row (for laptop view) is not showing.

Hello,
The options that you have added can’t remove the whole slides but only the row from responsive. This is the cause that you see the slider blank on responsive.
Now remove the previous rules from the responsive and add the following :
The first slider:
@media(max-width:768px){ .swiper-wrapper .swiper-slide:first-child{ display:none; } }
@media(min-width:768px){ .swiper-wrapper .swiper-slide:nth-child(2){ display:none;; } }
Please try to be correct with the laptop view (resolution needed)
You can add the above lines into Customizer > General > Custom Css i have added the first and commented the second so you can experiment with the two queries.
By change the number of the child “nth-child(2)” to “nth-child(3)” you change the slides involved.
Best Regards!
