Hi,
Just installed the fresh wordpress and installed the folie theme. All is good. But I found a bug. The mobile device is not showing menu after click on the menu icon. Please check and help to fix the bug.

Hello,

I selected a vertical menu on left side of my website : jessyhochart.fr
But in the mobile it’s every time a hamburger version and when I click in, it’s full black. When I activate Hamburger menu in the settings, it works with mobile version but nothing appear when I click in for the computer version.

How can I get the vertical menu on computer version and hamburger activated on mobile version please ?

Hi,
The menu items with dropdown work as a dropdown toggle moreover, it does not work as a link on mobile devices as it is the default behaviour given from “Bootstrap” to the menu items with dropdown.

Hi .. we are having similar issue to previous support enquiries… The issue is, that parent menu items that also have pages, but the parent page is unclickable in mobile view because instead it drops down to sub menu items. (Clickable in desktop view)

This is the case with ‘WHAT WE DO’ menu item on https://wordpress-108215-1916673.cloudwaysapps.com/

Any ideas?

Hi,
I’m running into some accessibility and SEO issues that should really be addressed in a theme update.

First, the header logo does not have an alt tag; it’s empty. I updated functions-specular.php (lines 173, 181, 183, and 190) to use the site’s title to fix this issue. But, it really should use the alt text entered in the media library.

In addition, using the Media element in WP Bakery Page Builder, under the Codeless Elements tab, sets the alt tag to “Alt Text” instead of using the alt text assigned to the image in the media library.

Lastly, when the using WAVE web accessibility evaluation tool, it’s flagging the a tag with the classes “mobile_small_menu open” as an empty link which it is. It appears right after the “End custom menu here” comment. This should have an aria-label but I can’t find where it is being generated in the code.

Hello,

Do the below steps to replicate the issue 9n mobile specifically:
1- Go to the link :http://bp-labs.co/nitaq/en/home/
2- click on the 3 dashes menu, click on contact us
3- from contact us, click the menu and now click on approach.
4- when the landing page loads and the view goes to the approach section. It goes to the middle of the section and not to the top of the section.

Hope this will help you to see the issue

Hi

I can;t give row IDs to use bookmarks, I found a workaround, also there’s no animation for bookmarks. I have also added the required CSS

However on mobile when you use these bookmarks, they dont work and they are missing the sections.

Check:

Home

Click on approach, try desktop and mobile.

on dekstop it works but mobileit is off from the position it should b. specially if you were for example in the contact us page and then click on approach in the menu. try it on mobile and desktop please

Thank you I’ve managed to fix most of them things now but the burger icon on mobile isn’t opening the menu. Please could you offer some advice on how to fix that?

There’s still a couple of things that are broken. The burger menu doesn’t work on mobile and in the footer the social media icons aren’t appearing and on desktop it looks like the content in the footer is squishing into the first two columns.
