The distance between the image and OUR KEY PRODUCTS is the content distance which is the same for all the pages, you can change it at Tower -> Layout (container padding).
The distance between OUR KEY PRODUCTS and images of the products is the top padding of the row, Edit the row (in visual composer), select ‘Fullwidth background’ and add padding top and padding bottom.
I checked it on desktop and mobile and it look pretty fine, the header is sticky, the slider is behind the menu and the nav and socials colors are OK. Can you be more clear whats’ the issue? In what device are you checking?
If you have other pages except the onepage, you should add the link in the menu in this format: https://yoursiteurl.com/#sec1, jot just the section id ‘#sec1’.
There are many reasons a site is slow. In most of the cases, big images are the main reason. Try to compress the images. Have you installed third party plugins? Install only the ones you use.
There is a NOT FOUND font on your site, use another one, or fix it’s path.

Another cause may be your host provider.

I checked it, it’s not been registered. I added your purchase code, it’s OK now, you can use the theme, it will request again to register, there’s no need to enter the registration code again.
TO set the homepage go to Specular -> general Options and there select the home page you want.
All the pages you have created at at Pages. Check the trashed pages, maybe you have deleted it by mistake. If you want to copy the content, edit it (back-end) click ‘Classic Editor’. Copy all the shortcodes content. Go create a new page, click ‘Classic Editor’ and paste the content. Then click ‘Backend Editor’ button.
