My client’s website http://www.mariaterbeek.nl, running on the Specular Minimal theme (with child version), appears to be very slow and I was wondering to what extent the theme has to do with this. The website has been slow from the start of Specular. Can you tell what is going on or whether there are some issues in the background?
There are many reasons a site is slow. In most of the cases, big images are the main reason. Try to compress the images. Have you installed third party plugins? Install only the ones you use.
There is a NOT FOUND font on your site, use another one, or fix it’s path.
“Kollektif.ttf Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)”
Another cause may be your host provider.
