Hello,

If you want to disable the dragging effect edit the file ‘tower/js/main.js’. Find the code:
```
codelessSlider = new Swiper('.codeless_slider',{ 
			slidesPerView: slide_per_view,
			paginationAsRange: false,
			loop: false,
			touchRatio: 0.7,
```
and set ‘touchRatio’ to 0.

What link have you added in video player?
There is a ‘background’ parameter set to 1, which makes the controls not visible:
```

```

Hello,

I checked your site and the theme is no longer installed. What version of it did you have installed? Please make sure to have the latest version online. The Builder plugin needs to be updated after theme as well. You have to have both theme and Codeless Builder plugins at their latest versions, that is 1.2.1.
We have tested it multiple times and there are no issues.

The problem is caused by external plugins that can conflict. You have also to download the latest version 1.2.1 of the theme with the Codeless Builder 1.2.1.

1.Please can you try this plugin to export the menu: https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-export/

2. Try this to regenerate the thumbnails: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

3.No isn’t possible you have to upload them again. Only the attached images will be shown there.

Are you talking about images on home page? You have added then in a text box, try to use media element, or gallery.

You have to install the ContactForm7 free plugin to add the contact form.

Go to Appearance > Plugins > ContactForm7 and install it.

Sorry, this is a problem from our part. When page animation is active and sticky header is active there is a problem with header positioning. We will fix this issue asap. Please can you use the theme for the moment without page transition animation. At the moment the website it is ok.

Hello,

Please can you disable header footer plugins because i see that in the theme it was added more that an fav icon and also there lot of new configuration added by this plugin. I think that this cause the problem. Please try to change the fav icon of the theme into Theme Options and also the fav icon if it possible added by plugins.

You have also to check the fav icon generated by wordpress itself:
Prepare image file. It must be square, and at least 512 pixels wide and tall.
Go to Administration Screen > Appearance > Customize
Click Site Identify
Click Select Image at Site Icon section, upload the image file you prepared in the above step from Upload Files tab screen, and click Select.
