Hello,

You can change the text length limit at ‘specualr/v_tempaltes/staff.php’.
Find the line

$output .= '<p>'.codeless_text_limit(get_the_excerpt(), 25).'</p>';

cahnge it to:
$output .= '<p>'.codeless_text_limit(get_the_excerpt(), 41).'</p>';

anyway the text will be cut. Only you can do is to change the limit.
