You must change the header style and page header height. Change the page header height at specular options.

Or add this code at Custom Css Code at general options:

.top_wrapper {
  padding-top: 100px !important;}

We haven’t selected ‘import attachments’ on dummy data import, as i would take a lot of time and probably would not import all the images, if you have execution time limits and memory limits on your host. Anyway you can upload you own images, it’s very easy.
The images used in theme are intended only for demonstration use.

You must install the revolution slider and import slider dummy data (included in theme package).

Then your site will look like the demo theme.
