Anybody know where the backup file is trying to be written to? Maybe there’s a permissions problem or something…?

Maybe you don’t have the sufficient right to upload on some folders. The themes backup files are saved at: ‘specular\includes\dummy_data\backups’
Please make sure you have the latest theme version vs. 1.2.8.
