The link and the content of the footer can be changed into Appearances > Widget and in the Footer Columns widget area you can edit the content.

The easiest way is to add this custom css line:

.vc_pageable-slide-wrapper > .vc_grid-item-mini.vc_clearfix {display:none}

Add the line above into Tower > Custom Css Box.

There is an option to make the header button visible on responsive. You have to edit the file: /css/bootstrap-responsive.css file and remove this line:

@media (max-width: 767px){
.header_button {
    display: none !important;
   }
}

Or you can add this file on the child theme and add the style:

@media (max-width: 767px){
.header_button {
    display: block !important;
   }
}
