The Codeless slider on my site displays the contents at a reduced size except for the background image which is full height. It’s only when you scroll the view that it jumps to the correct size.
I have tried lots of example css code I have found in the forums but nothing seems to work, what do I need to do?
Did you try to open it from another browser? I checked the site from my phone and the slider resized the images well without needing any refresh or other action. See a screenshot of it: https://ibb.co/c6QtRqC
Try clearing cache or deactivate any add-ons you may have installed in the browser.

We have tried several phones, all iPhones running the default browser Safari, and have refreshed the cache to try and clear the problem and it still doesn’t work.
I have recorded my screen to show you what happens, the browser is reloaded at the start and then you can see the slider resizes the controls and text correctly but the image goes to the full height. It is only when you touch the screen that it snaps to the correct size and then the text underneath slides up into place.
