Have you used first the original theme and after installed the child theme ? The transition from the original to the child will cause the loose of the changes.

Also i recommend you to deactivate any third party plugin that can cause this issue.

I have seen that you have made lot of work so i think now everything is ok.

The text on the top can be changed only by click on and type.

Now in the header keep in mind you have only 3 rows in these 3 position you can add the top header (Question phone number, login), Main ROW(logo and the cart + whishlist), The bottom row (menu)

This is the configuration that you can make without any customization.

have you installed our version of WP Bakery or other one. This can be the cause of your issues.

Anyway only with the creds on your online website we can find what is the issue.

To make the icon bigger you have to change this line into style.css file :

.header_tools .cart_icon{font-size:20px;}

As you can see i have changed the font size from 14px to 20px;

Normally you have to see a number upper the chart but seems there is an issue. Have you installed any third party plugin ?
