Even with all plugins deactivated, the CSS WordPress editor is not in the normal location, and it doesn’t even show the site. Can you please get this fixed really soon on my client’s site?
Sorry but i don’t understand you issue. The custom css box is exactly where it should be. In Customize > General > Custom Code > Custom css. Just like in you screenshot.
