You have to select the theme to translate and the WooCommerce plugin for some other strings.

Which version of the theme have you installed ?

Seems strange that you cant find other words. You can also try to translate the .pot file with Poedit and translate in Germans.

Yes you can do that by login in WordPress Dashboard > WooCommerce > Products > Add to cart behaviour > Redirect to the cart page after successful addition. Check the option and click on save.
