This page is created with Modern Events Calendar plugin, which is a third party plugin. Testing it requires much time, which is not included on theme support. This plugin or other third party plugins may conflicts with theme, so i can not tell for sure which one may bring the sticky header issue. Try deactivating some of them to see if one of them may be the culprit.
I see that on the other pages of your site, the sticky header works fine.
Anyway, consider updating theme and visual composer to the latest version.

This is what i get when i open these pages on chrome and safari too: home page, page 1, page 2. The background images are showing fine. Please clear your browser cache and try to reload the page. What version of google chrome do you have? Update it to the latest version and see if the page reloads correctly.

You should make those changes in tower theme files –>wp-content \ themes \ tower \ includes \ core and open codeless_metaboxes.php. The lines you should change are the same as above. Did you turn on the Overwrite the default post layout button and then chosed the sidebar layout for the page? see this screenshot
You should also set the woocommerce sidebar with some widgets to make it visible as a complete sidebar to your page.

Sorry, i get the same view either on safari and chrome browser. I see that the visual composer rows doesn’t have a background image chosen. Also you should select the Full Width Background type of row, to display the background images. Can you send us a screenshot of the rows that had the background image?

After installing theme you should import demo data on Speculat > Import / Export (Dummy Data). Select the Corporate Demo and import it.
What demo have you imported ? Did you followed the instructions shown on this video tutorial?

2. Sorry, but in don’t see any animation on page header, except the codeless slider fadeInDown animation. To remove it, just select None on Codeless Slider Options > Content > Title animation.
3. Did you manage to fix the issue? The title shows correctly when i scroll up back on the top of page, even on Internet Explorer.
