We would like to make a couple of landing pages for our site, and I need help figuring out how to make a normal page turn into a landing page (by removing the menu completely from that particular page). Can you help with instructions to do this?
-
Hello,
You can set a page as landing page or homepage at your General Options > Select Special Pages > Select Frontpage. To remove the menu from it, then add this custom css into your Custom Css box:
header#header #navigation { display: none; }Let us know.
Best regards!

Our site is already using the front page as the “Home” page for the site. I added this Custom css to the box on the page we are looking to change into a landing page, and it did remove the menu. But is there additional code to remove the left side bar that used to hold the menu (see screenshot)? Thank you for your assistance.

Updated my profile url to the page we are trying to make into a landing page – all we need to do now is exclude the left white bar. Thanks again for your help.

Hello,
Please add this code into your custom css box:
.page-id-2 .header_7.header_wrapper { width: 0 !important; padding-left: 0 !important; padding-right: 0 !important; } .page-id-2 .page_header_yes .top_wrapper { margin-left: -335px !important; width: 130% !important; } .page-id-2 .footer_wrapper { margin-left: -335px !important; width: 130% !important; }Let us know.
Best regards!

That did not work. I tried adding this code to the custom css box on that page, but this is what is looks like now – screenshot.
Can you revise the code or advise how to remove the left bar completely from this particular page? Thank you again for your continued help in this matter!!

Done. Again the specific page we are looking to alter into a landing page is also in the profile user info under website url. <span style=”line-height: 1.5;”>Thank you for your help!</span><span style=”line-height: 1.5;”> </span>

Hello,
The code was to be add as specified, in the custom css box. Not the page’s custom cs box. The page id in the beginning of each line, already specified it for the home page.
We fixed it, please check your page here.
Let us know.Best regards!

Thank you Kris. It does look great on desktop view, but in mobile or tablet view it is pushed into a small column on the left side of the screen. Is there a way to modify the code to make it look just as good in a mobile/tablet view as it does on a desktop/laptop?
Thank you again!!!! We really appreciate you help in making the theme work with our needs.
