With the credentials we mean the Username and the Password of your wordpress site (the site url too). The one you use to log in to it. You can add them on your empty field on your profile user extra information, please see this screenshot. This is the link to your profile (profile link).
It may be a code line autogenerated that conflicts with the background color, that’s why we need the credentials to see it closer.

You should choose the menu style “Logo in center and 2 navigations in sides”. This is the menu type used in the demo you are using. The center logo it’s just a demonstration logo image, that it’s included on theme media, you can add your own. If you have imported the demo data with images, you should have that image too. Just assign the logo on General Options > Upload logo.

Because the portfolio items are ordered by default according to their creation time and the theme does not have default settings to reorder them, you can install a custom plugin to do that. We suggest you the “Post Types Order” plugin, to order the portfolio item as you wish. See here. It works with our theme.
