I have purchased the specular theme from you and now when I went in to make changes to the website the visual composer doesn’t load anymore. Is this something that you need to update for me or what do we need to do to have this functionality again? Please reply.

The visual composer it is completely compatible with our themes, it’s an essential plugin for them to work, so it doesn’t have any issue. Did you activate the plugin?

I see your support time has expired. This means you must have purchased the theme at least 6 months ago. What version do you have installed?
Please make sure to update theme first. The latest version is vs 2.2 and it has included the Visual Composer vs 4.12.1. Which is fully compatible with theme and the latest WordPress version as well.
