Hello,
I apologize for the late reply. Just now getting the opportunity to try your recommendations. I have rolled back my wordpress version to 5.5.2 and my “Massive Addons for Visual Composer” plugin to 2.1. Still having the same issue. I have left the older versions for you to investigate, as requested.
Thanks!
Hello,
I have downgraded through a few versions from 5.8 to 5.5 and have not been able to resolve the issue.
Thank you for your assistance!

Just FYI for anyone who stumbles upon this post. The issue was with a plugin and I didn’t realize it, so I modified some CSS to correct the issue, which it did for one row with full width content, but each additional row would need the same type of custom modification in order to look right. Once I disabled the plugin, I was still having issues because I didn’t remove the custom CSS coding used to correct the issues with the plugin. Once I removed the custom CSS coding, the full width content rows started functioning more consistently.
Thanks for the assistance!

in reply to: Full Width Content IssuesThis reply has been marked as private.in reply to: Tower ThemeTW Agency isn’t a standalone theme. It is a preset configuration of the Tower theme, so in order to get the TW Agency configuration, you have to install the Tower theme. Once you have installed the Tower theme, from the Tower dashboard, click “Tower” then “Import/Export Dummy Data”. From there, select the option you wish to import in the drop down menu under the section titled “Import Options”. Directly beneath that is a checkbox option for importing all attachments associated with the TW Agency theme. From my experience, I would recommend selecting “All” from the drop down menu and check the box to import all attachments, otherwise there will be missing content/configuration settings that you may have wanted. That really depends on what you want and your experience level. Finally, click “Agency” under “Demo Data”. Scroll to the bottom and click “Import”. Once this is finished, you should have the Agency configuration.
A few important notes:
- Once you click “Import” you will lose any prior website configurations unless you have exported those configurations to a backup.
- You may discover that the download freezes half way through import or that some of the content/settings were not imported. This is most likely a host issue in which you will need to up the memory or execution time limit on your host server.
- If you encounter any issues while importing the Agency configuration and try to import it multiple times, it will copy all of the sample pages, posts, images, etc. Just a warning. I did this and had to go back and delete a ton of duplicate data.
Hope that helps!
