in reply to: Testimonial speed
Sorry, but further to that, I had my ‘notify by email’ ticked and yet I was not notified, hence the three day gap while I waited for a response. But then looked it up again (testimonial speed) and found your response by accident. Not least because I can find no functional way of locating my support topics.
It would be good if one’s personal support topics were more easily accessed, or have I missed something?
Thanks

Also I mentioned above that I have bought Tower multiple times and my latest purchase takes my support up until June 2017. So unless you require the same person with all the same details to keep reregistering…which would seem a bit pointless…is there any chance you could please stop my account from displaying ‘expired’. Plus I actually tried to do this anyway with my latest purchase code and it wouldn’t let me register.
Thanks
in reply to: Testimonial speedHi,
tried it. Put in 600, then 700, then 1000 into speed duration and it showed no alteration of the speed at any time.
Please can you help. I tried testing it on this page

I put the CSS in but it didn’t work, the writing is still white in tablet view.
Why is it doing this when throughout all the settings I have specified black, not white writing?
Thanks
in reply to: portfolio itemsPlease could you give me the code for the portfolio basic style. Thanks
in reply to: Header on portfolio itemsHaving just read this and many other queries on the same subject, in the hopes of finding an answer, I find myself really annoyed at the continually disingenuous responses. The bottom line is that it is not possible to utilise any of the header settings when you are creating portfolio items and despite the many requests for help with this, the answers are always designed to not expose this failing. However, as it is a failing of the theme, eventually it has to be admitted. Why not just be straight.

Sorry, if you want the portfolio header to be a certain size the only way to achieve this is to create a header size in settings, however this will universally affect all your headers. Nothing has been done about this problem. We will let you know when it has!
Simple
in reply to: Portfolio Header ImageHi,
I found this on the forum
<span style=”color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Inconsolata, Consolas, Monaco, ‘Lucida Console’, monospace; font-size: 15px; white-space: pre; background-color: #f9f9f9;”>.postid-350 .single-portfolio .header_page { background-repeat: no-repeat; background-size: cover; background-position: left top; background-image: url(https://shockcutproductions.com/wp/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/srv-e1467157150573.jpg) !important; }</span>
Can I use this to have a different header on each portfolio item? I’m a little confused if you say it’s not an option…but you’ve given this code to someone asking the same question.
Thanks

in reply to: portfolio view allHi,
I can’t seem to remove the slug from the portfolio.
I’m using the ‘overlayed with base colour’ display. I tried the following CSS but I must have it wrong. Please can you help me?
<p class=”p1″><span class=”s1″>.portfolio-item.basic .project h6 {</span></p>
<p class=”p1″><span class=”s1″> display: none;</span></p>
<p class=”p1″><span class=”s1″>}</span></p>
<p class=”p1″></p>
<p class=”p1″></p>in reply to: featured image sizeHi,
I followed the instructions and altered the functions.php to the following <span style=”background-color: #f5f8fa; color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Consolas, monaco, monospace; font-size: 15px;”>add_image_size( ‘port3_grayscale’, 350, 350, true );</span>
Nothing changed on the site. I changed all the image sizes to 350 x 350 but nothing altered anywhere.
Can you help me please. Thanks
