I have updated my profile with all the passwords etc.
The Portfolio is randomly displaying only some of my items and none of my ‘Album Artwork’ despite the fact that there are 10 items. They displayed originally then just disappeared. Also the other categories are not displaying all the items. They are all the same size featured images. Everything worked to begin with…
Sorry but further to that, the portfolio is now all over the place. With one item stuck under the Navigation causing everything else to misalign, and random amounts of the items showing up in any one category.
I understand that. Which is why I asked the question. If i have posted a question 14 hours ago and it remains unanswered and yet I can see questions on the forum both posted and answered more recently, that begs the question ‘why am i not being responded to?’
Also your response doesn’t even attempt to answer my support question as asked above. The question is ignored.
I have been using the X theme up to now and found their support amazing, polite and very responsive.I’m sorry but so far this support is thus far impolite and doesn’t even bother to answer my query.
Also your system doesn’t notify one of a response even if one ticks the box saying ‘notify me of follow-up replies via email.
