I understand that. Which is why I asked the question. If i have posted a question 14 hours ago and it remains unanswered and yet I can see questions on the forum both posted and answered more recently, that begs the question ‘why am i not being responded to?’

Also your response doesn’t even attempt to answer my support question as asked above. The question is ignored.

I have been using the X theme up to now and found their support amazing, polite and very responsive.I’m sorry but so far this support is thus far impolite (<span style=”color: #393d40; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;”>So replying to your own topic over and over or creating new topics just for reminders)</span> and doesn’t even bother to answer my query.

Also your system doesn’t notify one of a response even if one ticks the box saying ‘notify me of follow-up replies via email.
