WordPress is at it’s most recent update. Reinstalling did not fix.
I should have clarified a step I took. Switching themes fixes the problem. I switched to the TwentySixteen theme and am able to see the Media Library – both within Visual Composer (part of the Tower theme) and within WordPress itself (at wp-admin/upload.php).
Is there any particular config I can make to present error codes from Tower? A log I can check?
