I never changed my username or password and now I’m locked out and it not sending me an email to reset the password. Not sure how to proceed as I did not purchase an upgrade through WordPress to have any of the codes to demonstrate proof of ownership. Please Advise.
No this topic has NOT been resolved. It’s been 2 days now that I’m waiting on an answer. I paid for extended support would like to get it. Please review http://www.bigrockconsulting.ca and explain how to resolve the background color issue.
Great that did remove the original demo slider from the top of the screen and is now replaced with the slider I created.
New Questions: below the slider on the website page, the code [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row] is showing up. How do I remove this code or make it hidden on the web page?
I have already set that background setting to: #ececef through that method but white continues to be displayed.
When I go to Inspect Element on BRC website page and uncheck the element {
background-color: #ffffff; then the background color of the light grey does show. Not sure how to resolve this issue.
