How can I change font and color in Contact 7 form?

Sorry for the late reply. You can change it using custom css. Add this code into your custom css box:
.wpcf7-form p { color: #888 !important; font-size: 16px !important; }
Change the values to your wish.

did not change the font color of requesting information: name, email, position etc.
added to custom css and tried adding it to addition contact form area where snipets are allowed.
The code does work. Please see screenshot. This is added at the General Options > Custom css box. Perhaps you made some error while adding it. Is this not what you wanted to change? Let us know.
It the location: Appearances>Customization>Additional CSS
This is where I added CSS to change the background color & top widget fonts and colors which worked but not working for Contact form 7.
It should be added at Specular > General Options > Custom Css box. See screenshot. Let us know.
