After installing and setting up plugins, just go to your homepage (or other pages) and on admin top navigation bar, click the ‘Edit with Codeless Page Builder’ button

At the top area or bottom, you should see a small bubble, click it to add a new row. Edit existing elements but right-click & click ‘Edit’
