They are missing because, you have installed the theme as a new folder and changed that on Appearance -> Themes, that cause the issue. Let me check if i can do something to roll-back changes

I need credentials to log in, or just do this:

Open this file:  template-parts/blog/parts/entry-readmore.php

and change Continue Reading with your text directly

This is caused because you have installed the update as a new theme, so, please, remove the new theme and update directly Folie theme by using for example the Envato Market plugin or just update the existing folder (Folie) do not create a new one.

I have found the issue, can you please send me the credentials and FTP account if possible (send as private post or update your profile), i will fix directly on your host

As I see it gets the color from the options you have mentioned before. But use this fast trick if you can’t set there. Add this custom css code on General -> custom css code

.menu-small ul.menu > li > a{ color:#fff !important }

You can fix the header height by going to Header -> Main Header Row fix the Header Height Option, set it as much as you need. Now is 220px. I can set for you but it’s better you can check yourself :)
