Hello,

You have to set up the id’s first in each row. Then add the id in the menu.

However, i see your menu is working ok. The menu items that link to sections, are indeed sending you to the right section. Even when you are in an external page.
Normally the one page includes only ONE page and the menu links to ONLY section of that page.

Can you please explain better what is wrong?

The Codeless Builder is the most important plugin of theme. You can not use it without it.
Please add some wp credentials in a private reply. So we can check and find the real issue.

I can’t access the admin panel, too many redirects. But try this up first: add a “Tools” element in the header (beside logo). Uncheck all tools elements if you do not want to show them.

Let me know if you can see the mobile menu after this.

Please go to file includes/codeless_functions_woocommerce.php and find this line:

if( is_single() && isset($woocommerce_loop['name']) && $woocommerce_loop['name'] == 'cross-sells' )
   $cols = codeless_get_mod( 'shop_cross_sell_single', 2 );

Change the value 2 to 1 and save changes.

Please update theme first. The latest version is 2.5.4. Make sure to update all included plugins as well.
