Hi, we recently purchased Specular via Theme Forest but whenever we install it on to WordPress it won’t install correctly or the plugins just produce HTTP 500 errors.
We’ve spoken to our hosting and they think it’s a problem with the theme and possible compatibility with the latest version of WordPress?
Can someone please help? We need to get the theme installed as soon as possible…
Yes, that’s the correct file. This seems to be a server issue. There is no reason for it not to install. Please send us some wp credentials in a private reply. We’ll try installing.
