Hello,

I suggest you use the “Customize Page & Options” button in back-end (screenshot). It’s way faster.

Please make sure to have enough memory allocated to your wordpress installation. Try increasing theme’s server requirements to improve the site’s speed.

The boxes are created using a third party plugin, Hero boxes (screenshot). The css is from this plugin and not theme css. We did not test this plugin so i can not assure it’s full compatibility with it.
I suggest you keep the custom css (displayed in your second screenshot) to fix the misalignment.

*Please keep in mind that we do not offer support on third party plugins!

Please deactivate other third party plugins you may have or comment out other custom css added. Then check again.

Try to add this cs sinto your Specular > General Options > Custom Css box:

This is a server error. Please contact your host regarding it.
I suggest you install a clean wordpress first. Then add theme and after this, install all required plugins. So along the steps you can check debug which (wordpress, theme, plugins) is giving you the problem.
