Hover over the button with the mouse and click on the text to change it. Click on the controls below (where the bin icon is) to open it’s settings in the left sidebar. There you have the link field. Remove the link and it will be disabled.
2-Try clearing cache and hard refresh. Some times the server takes time to show all changes.
-I can’t tell for sure what triggered the change in header. You can either edit each page one at a time, or add this css:
It looks like you are using two builders in one time. This is not correct!
You can use only one builder in a page! Be it Codeless Builder (accessing it from Customize Page & Optionsscreenshot) or use only WP Bakery Visual Composer (screenshot).
The theme main builder is Codeless Builder and every thing you see in each demo is created using CB. Please use Codeless Builder if you want the exact look of the demos.
Open the customizer from Appearance > Codeless Picante.

The “Customize Posts” plugin should not cause any problem. It’s tested and works well with theme. Perhaps one of your third party plugins could be conflicting with it. Try disbling them all and see.
