Yes, just add this css:

    min-height: 3px !important;
}}

That’s the width of the mobile in landscape direction. Change the value until you are satisfied with the result.

I checked the settings and for some reason your site is not recognizing the changes. This could be due to a conflicting third party plugin or some corrupted script. I think this will be solved with a theme update. But for now i fixed it with a little css.
I added this code in Customize > Additional Css menu:

.header_container.cl-transparent {
    position: relative !important;
}
.admin-bar .header_container.cl-transparent, .admin-bar .header_container.cl-header-sticky-ready {top:0 !important;}

It’s ok now. Please check your site.

Cool! I just did the same trick (changing menu style from centered-simple-centered), assigned the mobile menu as main menu when the simple style was ON. Now the mobile menu is ok. See screenshot: https://postimg.cc/image/e5gda7qwn/

Theme does have the “Back to Top” feature. The option is at Customize > General > Site Options > Back to Top.
Beacuse your site was hacked, perhaps some features are affected. I opened your site but the user you set up for us has limited rights and i can not test anything.

We have just launched the newest theme update. Please update theme and Codeless Builder first! Then find the option as instructed and set it ON.

I understand.
I checked it and this requires some coding that is outside of support reach. I have notified the developers and we will include a fix for this in the next theme update.
In the mean time you can show up only products (without categories) in your assigned shop page. Or create a normal page and add the shop and categories as separate elements using Codeless Builder elements.
